Understand the role
Read the job description and learn what the organisation does. Write down which responsibilities connect with your experience and where you would like to learn more.
Prepare a few real examples
Choose situations that show how you solve problems, collaborate, and learn. Explain the context, what you did, and the outcome without overstating your role.
Practise, without memorising
Say your answers aloud and listen for anything unclear. Aim for a conversation, rather than a script. It is fine to pause and think before answering.
Bring your own questions
Ask about the team, expectations, and what success in the role looks like. An interview is also an opportunity to understand whether the work fits your goals.
