Lead Software Engineer

• Build and lead a high-performing software engineering team in Poland
• Design and develop scalable, modern software solutions
• Act as a hands-on technical leader across architecture, coding and delivery
• Champion quality, security and engineering best practice
• Drive Agile ways of working, including planning, refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives
• Mentor engineers and help create a strong, collaborative engineering culture
• Support adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude
• Partner with colleagues across a distributed global organisation
• Develop next-generation software solutions for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File space

• Strong software engineering experience, including building production-grade systems
• Experience leading or acting as technical lead for engineering teams
• Background in modern web development with C#, .NET Core, SQL and React
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and scalable system design
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
• Experience with microservices, containerisation, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• Passion for modern engineering practices, including AI-augmented development
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in distributed teams
• Fluent English
