Area Manager

• Manage all concierge operations in the assigned area as an autonomous operator
• Grow the portfolio by signing new concierge service contracts
• Manage housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Coordinate service providers
• Ensure owner and guest satisfaction
• Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality
• Represent the ALB brand locally and build its profile in the area
• Handle owner inquiries in the assigned area and manage operations through the ALB platform
• Optionally recruit sponsored City Managers and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
• Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is an advantage
