Senior SAP SD Consultant

• Perform AMS support activities for the SAP SD module
• Ensure service delivery meets the quality standards and deadlines established in the SLAs
• Analyze and resolve incidents and requests related to sales, billing, pricing, and shipments
• Document actions and keep records up to date in ticket management systems
• Implement improvements, customizations, and minor enhancements in accordance with change management and governance processes
• Ensure the proper functioning of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, from sales order creation through billing and goods issue
• Consider tax and fiscal impacts on processes
• Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori applications for the SD module
• Collaborate with functional areas such as MM and FI, as well as with technical teams
• Support the resolution of integrated incidents and regression testing

• Proven experience in AMS (Application Management Services)
• Strong command of the full support lifecycle, including incidents, requests, changes, and improvements
• Ability to work in a production support environment
• Strong discipline in following and safeguarding governance processes
• Knowledge of tax and fiscal processes related to the SAP SD module
• Knowledge of integration with Brazilian tax processes, NF-e, pricing/Condition Type determination, sales orders, billing/VF01, shipping, and Brazil localization
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Up to date with new SAP S/4HANA releases
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to the SD (Sales and Distribution) module
