CRM & Email Design Specialist

• Plan, build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo supporting customer engagement, retention and sales
• Create persuasive email copy and designs that connect with customers and encourage action
• Collaborate with the team to shape campaign priorities and approaches
• Contribute ideas to improve email effectiveness
• Monitor email performance and recommend improvements
• Implement changes and tests to strengthen results
• Deliver accurate, well-targeted campaigns and automated emails
• Maintain consistent quality across content, audience selection and customer experience

• At least two (2) years of experience planning, building and deploying email campaigns in a marketing automation platform
• Strong email copywriting and design skills, demonstrated through a portfolio showing contribution to both
• Sound marketing judgement and ability to explain why a message or design should work for the audience
• Ability to assess email performance and translate findings into practical improvements
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform; Klaviyo preferred, with relevant experience on other platforms considered
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email is an advantage
• Meticulous attention to execution and quality control
• Ability to manage day-to-day campaign delivery independently
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with a Singapore-based team
• Ecommerce or direct-to-consumer experience preferred
• Health, wellness or supplements experience is an advantage
• Experience independently shaping email campaign priorities and retention approaches is nice to have
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Photoshop or equivalent design tools is nice to have
• Shopify or comparable ecommerce platform familiarity is nice to have
• Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals is nice to have
• SMS marketing experience is nice to have
• Portfolio or three to five email examples explaining contribution to copy, design and build
• Information about email platforms used and approximate duration of work with each
• Example of an improvement made to email performance, including observation, change and learning

• Possibility of conversion from the initial 6-month contract to a permanent position, subject to individual performance and business needs
