Mid-Level Software Engineer

• Build and develop the Mindly product, a marketplace for psychologists and their clients
• Work closely with the Product Team and CEO
• Understand user needs and pressing problems
• Shape and evaluate potential solutions
• Contribute to AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion for mental health support users
• Use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery
• Drive the full development cycle independently, from problem identification through production launch
• Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team

• 2+ years of commercial experience in a product company
• Proficiency with Node.js and React.js
• Experience with TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL
• Product thinking focused on solving user problems
• Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications, or extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering work
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable systems
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools
• Experience in mobile app development is a plus
