Senior Data Analyst, BigQuery – Health & Wellness

• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to understand business questions
• Deliver timely analysis and surface opportunities for data-driven improvement
• Design and maintain ad-hoc and recurring Looker reports
• Build and monitor key business metrics
• Proactively identify trends and performance gaps
• Build, optimize, and document scalable LookML models
• Audit dashboards and data sources to identify consolidation opportunities
• Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies
• Partner with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and reporting accuracy
• Develop and maintain models forecasting business outcomes, customer behavior, and other key metrics
• Develop deep familiarity with SoulCycle's data landscape
• Contribute to evolving how the business measures performance

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Hands-on expertise in Google BigQuery, including query optimization, schema design, and GCP
• Strong experience with Looker and LookML for data modeling, dashboarding, and report automation
• Predictive modeling, including regression and forecasting
• Metrics design
• Cross-functional stakeholder communication
• Preferred: Python (pandas, matplotlib), Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, and AWS
• Nice to have: experience in consumer tech, fitness, subscription-based businesses, or retail/hospitality
• Nice to have: exposure to predictive modeling, Python, AI-driven analytics workflows, Tableau, or Jupyter Notebooks
