Junior Performance Analyst

• Perform daily and periodic data validation routines, checking data capture, inactive agents, period gaps, duplicates, and discrepancies
• Cross-reference data from multiple sources and flag inconsistencies with supporting evidence attached
• Log findings in the nonconformity workflow and monitor deadlines and status through closure
• Keep evidence repositories, version controls, tracking spreadsheets, and governance records up to date
• Extract and consolidate platform reports and prepare datasets for performance presentations
• Apply appropriately sized verification samples and consolidate compliance percentages
• Escalate situations outside the established guidelines to the responsible analyst without interpreting criteria or making related decisions
• Comply with data confidentiality, purpose limitation, and access requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence (BI)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries and performing basic optimization
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of ETL processes or experience building and maintaining data pipelines
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate relevant business insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to document information clearly and concisely
• Willingness and interest in learning new technologies and methodologies
• Basic knowledge of Brazil’s LGPD and the handling of personal data in a corporate environment
• Routine automation: Python, Power Query, Power Automate, or equivalent tools
• Previous experience with operational data, support, service desk, quality, or auditing
• Familiarity with digital activity monitoring or observability tools
