VA, Virtual Assistant, Social Media & Content Manager

• Manage the social media channels TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Optimize existing channels, including profiles, bios, highlights, playlists, and legacy content
• Produce video content end to end: concept development, recording, editing, subtitling, and publishing
• Professionally edit internally recorded merchant testimonial footage, prepare it for YouTube, and distribute it as Shorts across relevant channels
• Transform reviews, results, and projects into reusable formats such as carousels, quote cards, and Shorts
• Build and operate the AI twin of CEO Sven-Oliver Stietzel—including voice, likeness, and speaking style—and produce CEO content
• Prepare the CEO for personal appearances through scripting, setup, and interview questions
• Validate technical statements about Shopify, migration, and AI visibility with the team’s subject-matter experts
• Provide weekly KPI reports to management

• You have demonstrably built social media channels from the ground up and grown their reach; include the relevant links in your application
• You are highly proficient in video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including recording, subtitling, and platform-specific export
• You are confident on the phone and comfortable proactively approaching customers for testimonials
• You understand e-commerce and Shopify, or can get up to speed within two weeks
• You speak and write German at a native level
• You work independently and systematically, consistently delivering daily output remotely without close supervision
• You focus on execution rather than lengthy planning; first results should come within days, not weeks
• Your application must include links to three social media channels you built or significantly managed, along with follower counts or specific lead-generation results
• A brief application video introducing yourself and explaining your motivation, personality, communication style, and approach

• Initially, freelance collaboration on a part-time basis (a few hours per week), 100% remote within the DACH time zone
• Fixed monthly retainer plus a monthly performance bonus based on transparent KPIs: posting frequency, testimonials, reach, and inquiries
• Full responsibility for four channels without an executive approval loop
