Power BI Developer

• Design and develop robust business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to enhance the efficiency and scalability of BI systems
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business improvements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer, with expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations clearly
