Senior Salesforce Consultant

• Work with Business Analysts, Developers and Subject Matter Experts on customer projects throughout the project cycle
• Participate in customer meetings to analyze needs and define Salesforce implementation requirements
• Create functional and data-based models and structured project plans using agile working methods
• Evaluate requirement feasibility and assess potential risks
• Work in an agile team on several projects simultaneously
• Link with the Solutions Practice and coordinate developers during project-plan implementation
• Participate in regular team and customer meetings to discuss project status and next steps
• Mentor junior consultants in their further development

• At least 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce or CRM environment as a business analyst, consultant or project manager
• Experience in Salesforce technology, ideally Consumer Goods Cloud
• Strong connection to digital and analytical topics
• Sound understanding of processes
• Knowledge of software architecture and interface technologies in cloud environments
• Knowledge of user acceptance testing management
• Customer-oriented and independent work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to work in a varied international environment
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience in one of the company's focus industries
• Agile project methodology expertise
