SAP SuccessFactors Engineering

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions based on business requirements
• Support implementation and integration activities across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Work with HR teams and functional consultants to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support SAP HCM areas including Organisational Management, Payroll, ESS, MSS, and HR Reporting
• Develop and support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP systems, and third-party applications
• Analyse integration issues and troubleshoot data flows between HR platforms
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation activities
• Assist with system enhancements, configuration changes, and ongoing platform improvements
• Support automation and iRPA initiatives where applicable
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and implementation planning
• Maintain awareness of new SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and platform enhancements
• Submit a professional profile/CV, participate in a 30-minute virtual business alignment call, complete Castille Vetting if required, and attend a direct client skills review and possible technical assessment

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM
• Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SuccessFactors HCM solutions
• Good functional knowledge of Organisational Management (OM), Payroll, ESS/MSS, and HR Reporting
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and/or third-party systems
• Understanding of HR business processes and enterprise application integrations
• Experience working with technical and functional teams across implementation projects
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of distributed teams
• SAP SuccessFactors, SuccessFactors HCM, SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Organisational Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, HR Reporting, SAP integrations, enterprise HR systems, and data/integration troubleshooting
• Timezone availability of CET ± 3 hours
• Nice-to-have experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP BTP, SuccessFactors integration tools and APIs, SAP SuccessFactors certifications, automation/iRPA, large-scale HR transformation programmes, and enterprise industries
