Freelance Recruitment Specialist, Global

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from application to job offer
• Monitor automated hiring flows and intervene when a personalized approach is needed
• Conduct interviews for roles following the standard hiring process
• Assess candidates’ communication skills, experience, and overall fit
• Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates
• Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Act as an ambassador for SupportYourApp and promote its brand and values

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (C1+)
• Experience with Workable ATS is a must
• At least 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience
• Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
• Experience recruiting candidates through different job websites
• Sourcing skills
• Open, easy-going personality
• Knowledge of AI recruiting tools is a plus
• Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus
