Agile Coach, Scrum Master

• Serve as Agile Coach / Scrum Master for interdisciplinary development teams
• Foster and further develop an agile mindset within and across teams
• Design and facilitate workshops and meetings, both internally and with clients
• Coach all project stakeholders
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Leads, and internal and external stakeholders
• Actively contribute to organizational development
• Support the active shaping of day-to-day work

• Experience supporting self-organizing teams and applying agile methodologies, preferably in software development
• Confident designing and facilitating workshops and meetings in remote, hybrid, and in-person settings
• Excellent communication skills when working with demanding clients
• Quick comprehension and resourcefulness
• Confident presence and assertiveness
• Ability to quickly connect with people and build a foundation of trust
• Willingness to travel for regular workshops in Konstanz or at client locations
• Excellent German language skills (C2 or native speaker)
