Operations Associate – Client Delivery

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial based on demonstrated strengths
• For hiring operations, run the funnel end to end: sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, maintaining the tracker, and identifying broken processes
• For client delivery operations, plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines, brief the team properly, and prevent work from stalling
• Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close tasks without being asked
• Make real operational decisions daily and take ownership of their outcomes
• Identify failing processes, including company processes, and communicate problems clearly and honestly
• Complete application, asynchronous interview, aptitude tests, video introduction, verification, paid screen, and six-to-eight-week paid trial

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job
• During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with the company, including 2 hours at a fixed time inside the working day; current employment may be kept during the trial
• If the trial is passed, give notice and join full time within 30 days
• Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with the company
• Strong written English
• Based in the Philippines
• Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one
• Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
• Employment history must be accurately represented and may be verified through contracts and payslips

• 1000 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked
• Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent
• A one-month annual bonus (13th month pay in the Philippines and South Africa, THR in Indonesia)
• 15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays
