Group Product Manager, Customer Acquisition

• Set a clear product strategy and portfolio of opportunities across multiple product teams
• Lead and mentor 4 Product Managers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, career development, and raising product-thinking quality
• Coach Product Managers on customer discovery, strategic thinking, experimentation, execution, and business impact
• Partner with functional leaders to set priorities, allocate resources, and resolve cross-team dependencies and trade-offs
• Improve the quality and speed of product decision-making
• Enable Product Managers to operate autonomously while maintaining portfolio alignment and accountability
• Use AI throughout product development to accelerate insights, prototyping, experimentation, and learning
• Work remotely from India while collaborating regularly with global teams and maintaining required overlap with U.S. business hours
• Deliver measurable improvements in growth, conversion, profitability, revenue, and customer lifetime value

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in Product Management
• Proven experience owning and scaling B2C products, platforms, or portfolios
• Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap ownership, prioritization, and business impact
• 4+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or developing Product Managers
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with data, analytics, experimentation, metrics, and hypothesis-driven decision-making
• Experience operating high-volume digital products and delivering measurable revenue or profitability impact
• Experience in customer acquisition, growth, conversion funnels, or other data-driven B2C products
• Practical experience with AI/GenAI, automation, or emerging technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline required
• Ability to work from India with required overlap with U.S. business hours
