SAP GRC/AC Consultant

• Implement, configure, and administer SAP GRC Access Control solutions
• Perform access risk and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict analyses
• Create, review, and maintain SAP roles, profiles, and authorizations
• Manage access request, approval, and review processes
• Administer emergency access (Firefighter) and monitor its usage
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate controls and policies
• Develop and track remediation plans to mitigate access risks
• Prepare functional documentation and procedures related to access governance
• Partner with business, audit, compliance, and technical teams

• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (AC)
• Knowledge of Access Management, SAP Authorizations, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Experience creating and maintaining SAP roles and profiles
• Experience with audit, compliance, and internal control processes
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
• Intermediate English proficiency for participating in meetings, reading technical documentation, and interacting with global teams
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects (a plus)
• Knowledge of SAP Security & Authorizations (a plus)
• Experience with governance and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ITGC, and GRC (a plus)
• SAP certifications related to security, authorizations, or GRC (a plus)
