Global Study Manager

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment
• Develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize study outcomes
• Proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and facilitate smooth trial processes

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global clinical trial management
• Extensive experience working on global clinical trials, including EMEA, APAC, LATAM etc
• Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex medical data
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
