Finance Systems Lead

• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams across Europe
• Translate business priorities into clear, well-scoped requirements
• Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across the GTM stack
• Improve pipeline generation, sales productivity and quote-to-contract speed
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests, distinguishing system issues from process and training issues
• Maintain Salesforce health by reducing technical debt and strengthening data quality and access controls
• Identify opportunities for AI in GTM workflows and build or scale AI-powered automation
• Partner with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives and shared standards
• Support Dandy's global expansion into new markets
• Own regional delivery from build through testing, release and post-launch follow-through

• 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations, Sales Operations or RevOps Systems roles
• Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience; ability to design, build and maintain complex configuration independently
• Experience administering the broader GTM application stack connected to the CRM
• Strong understanding of GTM processes, including lead management and routing, opportunity management, quoting and approvals, and forecasting
• Track record of owning systems end to end in-house at a B2B or SaaS company, with demonstrable business outcomes
• AI fluency and day-to-day use of AI tools
• Experience building AI-powered automations, agents or workflows is a strong plus
• Strong judgment and confidence pushing back on stakeholders while maintaining relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working with global, distributed teams
