Loan Processor, Credit Analyst

• Manage the mortgage loan process from application to closing
• Collect and review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Request outstanding client information and conduct thorough reviews
• Obtain and verify income, assets, credit reports, and other financial information
• Conduct credit checks and cross-check disclosed liabilities
• Ensure loan applications comply with Australian lending regulations and guidelines
• Review Cashdeck for Livex and undisclosed liabilities
• Liaise between borrowers, underwriters, mortgage aggregators, and other stakeholders
• Submit applications through mortgage aggregator platforms, track progress, and resolve issues
• Order valuations and manage the post-approval to settlement process
• Prepare and submit loan files to lenders and banks for approval
• Follow up on applications to ensure timely processing and approval
• Provide customer service and guide borrowers through the loan process
• Conduct CCR and request documents including credit card, personal loan, car loan, and HECS statements when applicable
• Check Cashdeck or OpenBanking for undisclosed liabilities and cross-check against declared Livex/HEM
• Complete high-level or initial serviceability checks on Quickli for PAYG/simple applications
• Conduct pricing requests and product comparisons case by case
• Prepare AOL for submission

• Must have 2 years of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing
• Strong understanding of Australian mortgage lending regulations and guidelines
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting processes and loan types
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong client service focus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Quickli, Apply Online, Mercury and Property Hub
• Familiarity with mortgage aggregator platforms such as AFG, Connective, SFG or PLAN Australia
• Self-provided USB headset with noise cancellation
• Working webcam
• Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
• Main internet service speed of at least 50 Mbps cable connection
• Backup internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps
• Dual monitor
• BIR registration/contributions as required for a contractor
• NBI or Police Clearance
• Any government-issued ID
• Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays
• English proficiency test
• Personality test
