Senior Software Engineer – Backend, AI

• Build a semantic layer on clients' CRM data, including Salesforce and HubSpot, so AI understands their business and answers real questions
• Build N.Rich's AI harness for revenue teams, enabling marketers and salespeople to perform tasks previously requiring engineers
• Identify the people behind website visits using proprietary algorithms and existing data
• Make technical decisions and own features from goal through production
• Collaborate closely with product and revenue teams
• Report to the CTO
• Participate in live technical interviews and domain-specific technical discussions during the hiring process

• 5+ years as a software engineer
• Strong experience in one popular language: TypeScript, Java or Python
• SQL and relational databases
• APIs
• Distributed systems basics
• Docker and CI/CD
• Fluent English
• Shipped projects running in production with real users and real problems, owned from goal to production
• Work daily through a personal AI setup with agents connected to tools and models reviewing their work
• Ability to make technical decisions that remain valid over time, including deciding not to build something
• Ability to spot problems early and bring fixes
• Willingness to talk with product, revenue teams and clients
• Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
