Product Manager

• Own product initiatives from discovery to launch, including customer conversations, problem exploration, solution definition, delivery, and adoption
• Translate legal and business needs into clear requirements and intuitive experiences while working closely with engineering
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization alongside the Head of Product
• Identify and test practical applications of AI in legal work and evaluate solution usefulness and reliability
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on customer insights, positioning, launches, and product adoption
• Use customer feedback and product data to assess improvements and determine next steps
• Help develop pragmatic, adaptable product practices for a growing international business

• Product management background: typically 3+ years of experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or another domain with complex workflows
• Alternatively, experience as a lawyer, ideally in corporate law, governance, or an in-house legal team, with clear motivation to move into product management
• Legal candidates may have less formal PM experience but must demonstrate improved processes, introduced technology, or helped deliver digital solutions
• Meaningful use of AI tools, experimentation with LLMs, or contribution to an AI-related initiative
• Curiosity about AI's potential and thoughtful awareness of its limitations
• Hands-on approach to initiative-taking, assumption testing, and converting ambiguous problems into concrete next steps
• Strong analytical judgment to break down complex requirements, weigh competing priorities, and explain decisions
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across customer, business, and technical perspectives, including effective work with engineering
• Customer focus and commercial awareness
• Experience with prototyping, workflow automation, or developing AI-powered features is a plus
• Professional fluency in English required
• German is an advantage
