Content & Social Media Specialist

• Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, briefs and creative concepts for organic and paid social media
• Film and edit short-form video content and produce native social assets
• Own and maintain the Czech content calendar and ensure consistent execution
• Publish and schedule content across social channels
• Manage day-to-day community communication
• Write, translate, proofread and review Czech marketing content
• Create and update website content, course descriptions and landing-page copy
• Prepare briefs for designers and coordinate content-related tasks and deadlines
• Review creatives and copy before launch to ensure quality and consistency
• Track content performance and use learnings to improve future formats, topics and creatives

• 2+ years of relevant experience in social media, content creation or a similar role
• Proficient in Czech with strong copywriting, proofreading and localization skills
• Conversational English
• Hands-on experience creating content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Ability to independently film, edit and produce short-form video content
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with video editing and content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Practical experience using AI-powered creative tools to speed up and improve content production
• Experience with AI video and visual creation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney or similar
• Experience with AI voice and audio tools such as ElevenLabs, Cartesia or similar
