Talent Acquisition Sourcer

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Identify and engage passive candidates and generate interest in career opportunities
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies
• Conduct talent mapping and provide market insights on candidate availability and hiring trends
• Support Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing process

• Fluent English language skills
• Additional language skills, particularly German, considered an advantage
• Previous experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or blue-collar roles is a strong advantage
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing skills
• Ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with passive candidates
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment
