Manager, Project Management DACH

• Disciplinary and functional management of a team of project managers
• Lead and develop the team
• Responsibility for resource and capacity planning
• Assign project managers based on project requirements
• Support and coach project managers on challenging and critical project issues
• Act as the escalation point for critical project situations
• Support the development of solutions
• Work closely with relevant departments
• Promote effective cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure the professional and successful delivery of national customer projects across the DACH region
• Foster the professional and personal development of employees
• Support cross-functional coordination and complex decision-making
• Report directly to the Director of Project Management

• Degree in engineering, technology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of project management experience, ideally in intralogistics or a comparable project-based business
• Leadership experience or strong leadership skills, with a passion for developing employees
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Very good German and English skills
