Senior Consultant, IT Operations

• Work with clients to optimize IT operations, ensuring that IT is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs
• Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT organizations
• Evaluate the latest technologies and tools available on the market
• Assess how technologies and tools can improve existing client processes
• Optionally provide subject-matter leadership and mentoring to junior consultants on joint projects

• Completed university degree
• At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations
• In-depth understanding of common frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL
• Strong understanding of the interface between IT and business
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships
• Highly self-motivated and conscientious approach to work
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent German, including professional negotiation skills
