Enterprise Account Executive

• Sell Abnormal Security solutions to enterprise accounts in a defined territory and exceed new annual recurring revenue quota
• Manage enterprise organizations with more than 3,000 mailboxes from initial conversations through contract signing and customer upselling
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities to build sufficient pipeline for sales targets
• Partner with Customer Success on timely renewals and expansion opportunities
• Document results and maintain accurate data in Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan
• Represent customer and prospect needs to Sales Engineering, POV, Product, and Marketing teams to support revenue closure

• Local to the Netherlands area
• 3+ years of direct enterprise experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts against incumbents
• Skill in negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales
• Consistent over-quota performance and/or top 5% of sales organization
• Technical competence in security, email, cloud, AI, and related areas
• Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel
• Start-up, early-stage, underdog, or new-entrant experience with limited resources
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to prospect into enterprise accounts and develop early pipeline
• Ability to uncover customer problems and pain points
• Ability to present and demonstrate value based on customer pain points
• Ability to execute a disciplined, repeatable sales process and manage time
• Ability to maintain accurate and consistent account and opportunity data
• Ability to develop and present high-ROI business cases to multiple stakeholders
• Ability to extract, document, and organize customer knowledge and information
• Ability to guide internal stakeholders through buying processes
• Understanding of leveraging Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, and Customer Success
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment checks
