Field Service Technician

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at residential customers’ premises and for system operators
• Providing service-oriented advice by phone and in person to customers from heating companies
• Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
• Participating in on-call duty to provide customers with the fastest possible support
• Working across the Hannover, Salzgitter, Braunschweig, and Elm-Lappwald region

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building services engineering, electrician, or electrical installer
• Further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong customer focus and willingness to travel
• Strong technical aptitude and experience working with heating solutions
