Full-Stack Engineer – Mid-Level

• Design, build, and run production applications on Microsoft Azure
• Develop backend APIs and services with clear boundaries, automated tests, and code review
• Create client portals, internal consoles, admin screens, and dashboards
• Review AI-generated and prototype codebases, deciding what to keep or rebuild for production
• Prepare prototype systems for real users by addressing security, reliability, testing, and scalability needs
• Integrate AI models and services, including real-time features
• Manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD across development, staging, and production environments
• Build integrations with CRMs, ticketing tools, and other third-party platforms
• Implement logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, and participate in an on-call rotation
• Implement authentication, multi-tenant isolation, secure secrets management, and safe handling of personal data
• Maintain clear technical documentation
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product and project managers, CX designers, and operations teams

• 3–5 years of experience building and running production web applications across both backend and frontend
• At least 2 years of experience building and running applications on Microsoft Azure
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills
• Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML services
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems, including WebSockets, streaming, and messaging queues
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, including LLM providers
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep or Terraform
• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices
• Track record of turning prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production applications
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish
• Based in Colombia or Mexico, with the right to work in that country
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Azure certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (nice to have)
• Experience with C# and .NET (nice to have)
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or Azure AI Speech (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) (nice to have)
• Experience implementing LLM patterns including function calling, RAG, AI agents, and evaluations (nice to have)
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms (nice to have)
• Experience in customer service, contact center, or BPO technology (nice to have)
• Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA environments (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Mexico's LFPDPPP or Colombia's Ley 1581 (nice to have)
