Salesforce Developer – Administrator, Fintech

• Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Partner with engineering leadership to evaluate business requirements and determine solutions using declarative tools versus custom code
• Design, build, and support Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automations
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, APIs, and third-party tools
• Evaluate, rebuild, and test integrations and automations for the Talkdesk-to-Genesys telephony migration
• Support Experience Cloud portal initiatives and user experience enhancements over the next 3–4 months
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks
• Manage ticket lifecycles and technical documentation in Jira
• Maintain day-to-day operations and deliver key platform and integration initiatives

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience balancing Salesforce development and administrative responsibilities
• Demonstrated coding proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Expert knowledge of declarative automation tools, including Flows and Process Builder
• Hands-on working experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
• Strong track record integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware
• Sound technical judgment regarding standard configuration versus custom development
• Self-directed problem-solving ability within a geographically distributed team
• Proven comfort documenting solutions and managing technical workflows using Jira
• Prior CTI/telephony platforms experience, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging tools is nice-to-have
