Area Veterinary Manager – Central Germany Region

• Serve as a veterinary medical expert for customers
• Drive scientific exchange
• Manage key customer relationships
• Work closely with Account Management, the Medical Team, and other internal stakeholders
• Report to the Medical Lead
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on in-clinic seminars, round-table discussions, and evening events
• Act as a speaker at professional events covering focus therapeutic areas, including the Zoetis portfolio
• Visit and support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers
• Develop relationships with veterinary universities and research institutions
• Develop and implement the regional strategy together with the Area Business Manager and Account Management
• Promote market development in the relevant therapeutic areas
• Provide veterinary medical advice to practices on the safe use of products
• Develop prevention and treatment plans and respond to veterinary medical inquiries
• Support Account Managers with veterinary medical questions
• Contribute to medical training for the field force
• Support veterinary pharmacovigilance activities and meet reporting deadlines

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Doctoral dissertation and/or a specialization, such as board certification, preferred
• At least two years of veterinary experience in small-animal practice and/or the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of the German small-animal market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong service orientation and customer focus
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English
• Proficiency in standard business software
• Willingness to travel within the Central Germany region
• Class B driving license
• Strong team spirit
