Recruiter

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
• Support candidates through recruitment and onboarding
• Keep accurate records on the recruitment platform
• Work with the central team through Discord for internal communication and coordination

• Recruitment experience, ideally in engineering or construction
• Fluency in the local market’s language
• Good English
• Strong telephone manner
• Computer skills
• Organisation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection
• Residence in Poland, Romania, Portugal, Latvia or Lithuania

• Full training on the recruitment platform
• Remote work arrangement
