Junior Onboarding Project Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process
• Ensure a seamless and positive client onboarding experience
• Manage all onboarding tasks for assigned projects from assignment to go-live
• Work with the Pre-Sales Manager to raise development requests
• Manage future feature ideas in the Ideas Bank
• Coordinate new connection requests
• Take ownership of projects and ensure on-time delivery
• Provide accurate and timely progress reporting
• Collaborate with team members to support company goals

• Strong focus on finding client solutions, optimizing processes, and proactively addressing challenges
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multitask effectively
• Solid understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry, including how hotels operate
• Experience from a hotel or a software company operating in the hotel sector
• Familiarity with SaaS onboarding processes and the software development lifecycle
• Understanding of connectivity and integration in hotel technology
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Polish and English required
• International perspective with experience working directly with clients
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel for client visits
