Senior Project Manager

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects aligned with business goals
• Oversee IT upgrade projects while maintaining operations
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, including incident, change, and configuration management
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate change management processes and stakeholder communications
• Track project performance using Jira, MS Project, and ServiceNow
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvement practices
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and procurement
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and corporate IT teams
• Manage customer relationships and provide regular project status updates
• Represent Cubic at steering meetings with senior customer management

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and project lifecycle methodologies
• Certification in PMP, SCRUM Master, or ITIL
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and ServiceNow
• Experience in transit, engineering, or manufacturing environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, or hybrid project methodologies (preferred)
• Experience with fare collection systems or mobile ticketing platforms (preferred)
• Membership in a professional body such as PMI or APM (preferred)
