Manager – Strategy Consulting, Project and Client Responsibility

• Analyze strategic and organizational issues and develop structured, actionable solutions
• Independently take ownership of project workstreams and be responsible for their execution
• Manage projects or sub-projects and act as a key point of contact for clients
• Present results to stakeholders at different levels and support implementation
• Help develop new topics and service offerings
• Assume initial responsibility for building and further developing client relationships
• Support the development of junior colleagues in the project context
• Work on internal topics and support knowledge development across the company
• Work in small project teams with direct communication and clearly defined responsibilities

• At least four years of experience in management or strategy consulting
• Demonstrated ability to contribute independently to projects and take responsibility for workstreams
• Outstanding academic degree in business, economics, engineering, or another technical discipline
• Ability to quickly structure complex topics and work analytically and solution-oriented
• Confident presence in client situations and clear, persuasive communication skills
• Willingness to take ownership of assigned topics and drive them forward independently
• Very good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel as required for projects
