Marketplace Content Specialist – Spanish/English Speaker

• Creating and optimising salon profiles on our marketplace, including price lists, opening hours, venue descriptions, photography, and other information
• Revising work and actioning quality checks before publishing information online
• Adhering to Treatwell’s tone of voice and brand guidelines
• Developing skills in Salesforce to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
• Supporting product teams and other internal stakeholders with translation/transcreation
• Identifying and overseeing improvements to support process automation
• Collaborating with Supply, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology teams
• Reporting to a Marketplace Content Team Manager

• Native level of Spanish and fluent level of English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Lithuanian.
• Highly proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Critical thinker, seeking opportunities to solve problems and identify efficient ways of working
• Self-motivated with loads of initiative and curiosity
• A meticulous eye for detail with strong organisational skills, able to work towards tough deadlines
• Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
