ERP Analyst – NetSuite

• Support, configure, and technically enhance the Oracle NetSuite ERP, focusing on accounting, tax, and financial processes
• Map and implement improvements and automations for operational processes, reducing manual tasks in ERP routines
• Optimize and configure Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Treasury, and Accounting Close workflows
• Manage and configure the Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module, ensuring proper asset management and depreciation
• Develop and maintain scripts (SuiteScript) and custom automations for NetSuite workflows
• Monitor, support, and validate API integrations between NetSuite, the Avalara tax solution, and Loft’s internal systems
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and Saved Searches to provide business teams with greater analytical autonomy

• Solid prior experience in the functional administration and support of Oracle NetSuite ERP
• Strong command of business concepts and processes in Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Finance (AP, AR, and Treasury modules)
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining scripts (SuiteScript), creating custom reports, and building Saved Searches
• Experience configuring and operating the Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module
• Knowledge of configuring and monitoring integrations with the Avalara tax solution and consuming APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Analytical ability to resolve operational and tax-related incidents based on concrete data and evidence
• Collaborative, proactive profile with assertive communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across Finance and Technology
