Freelance Talent Researcher

• Find candidates for positions assigned by Talentuch
• Search LinkedIn and other professional platforms
• Review profiles to assess candidate fit against job requirements
• Collect candidate information, including name, location, job title, experience, LinkedIn URL, and available contact details
• Add candidate profiles to Google Sheets
• Submit completed lists to recruiters for outreach
• No candidate contact, interviews, or client communication required; these activities are handled by the recruitment team

• Based in Argentina
• At least 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter
• Intermediate or higher written English
• Good online research skills
• Ability to search LinkedIn and understand job requirements
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Attention to detail

• Potential growth into a full-time position
