HR Generalist

• Administrative processing and support of HR processes
• Coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Preparation of employment contracts
• Maintenance of employee master data
• Service-oriented support and advice for employees and managers
• Liaison with the payroll department
• Participation in HR projects
• Independently managing all tasks related to the administrative processing of HR processes
• Completed general or vocational secondary education, or a higher-level secondary school qualification
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in personnel administration or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Enjoy providing advice on a range of HR topics
• Assertiveness and strong prioritization skills
• Initiative and willingness to pursue professional development
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of employment law and/or SAP HCM is desirable
