Senior Product Design Analyst

• Own the end-to-end design process, including Discovery, Customer Research, Concept Development, Customer Testing, Delivery, Implementation, and Production Results with continuous improvement, ensuring an exceptional user experience at every stage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, business objectives, and OKRs
• Create wireframes and interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that communicate the product vision and meet customer needs
• Conduct usability testing and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance metrics
• Monitor the performance of launched products and initiatives, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements to optimize the experience
• Stay up to date on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to the development of innovative products

• Senior-level experience in digital product design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
• Experience contributing to end-to-end product development while working closely with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Discovery methodologies and experience facilitating them
• Ability to interpret data, analyze metrics, gather and share insights, and make informed decisions aligned with team and product objectives
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices
• Academic background in Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
