User Acquisition Manager – AI RnD

• Own the User Acquisition process end-to-end, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization
• Analyze campaigns, funnels, and creatives daily to identify growth opportunities and define campaign-optimization rules
• Develop creative ideas and collaborate with the team to turn them into performance-driven concepts
• Conduct audience research covering demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points
• Lead brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses across creatives, funnels, and ad campaigns
• Build and own the UA function from the ground up
• Shape acquisition strategy, test new approaches, build scalable acquisition processes, and influence product growth

• 3+ years of experience in paid acquisition within product companies
• Strong hands-on experience with AppLovin and Meta Ads
• Expertise in both web and mobile acquisition
• Experience with AI-powered automation tools, such as Birch
• Hands-on experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
• Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics and data-driven decision-making
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance optimization
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail
• Experience with TikTok acquisition (a plus)
• Understanding of A/B testing (a plus)
