Medical Consultant, Polish, German, English Speaking

• Provide telephone consultations to veterinary practitioners on diagnostic test selection, laboratory-result interpretation, and treatment and management of medical cases
• Discuss IDEXX diagnostic offerings, including test availability, specimen requirements, clinical utility, and result interpretation
• Support customers in Poland and potentially additional customers in English or German
• Maintain and develop medical knowledge through self-directed learning, scientific meetings, internal continuing education, and literature review
• Prepare newsletter articles, diagnostic or service updates, and marketing, sales, or promotional materials as requested
• Participate in IDEXX educational and organizational meetings
• Collaborate with Customer Support, commercial, and laboratory teams to deliver accurate, practical, clinically relevant diagnostic solutions
• Support peer-to-peer education and build trusted relationships with veterinary colleagues

• Veterinary degree with the right to practice
• Experienced clinician with extensive hands-on experience in Small Animal Internal Medicine
• Additional qualifications or equivalent experience, or Board-Certification by ECVIM or ACVIM
• Fluency in Polish and English; English and Czech/Slovakian is a minimum alternative
• German or Dutch language skills are an advantage

• Pragmatic thinking and a high degree of resilience
• Computer literacy
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection with minimum 100 Mb/s download and 30 Mb/s upload
