E-Commerce Associate

• Build web stores with functionality that supports the client’s needs
• Keep web stores updated with pricing, product maintenance, and graphics
• Understand how each store types of invoices to customers
• Oversee and update existing customer e-commerce sites based on online ticketing requests
• Review landing pages, product details, checkout processes, and other e-commerce website elements for visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness
• Collaborate with integrated partners to coordinate template and product integration and testing on external systems
• Manage project timelines for e-commerce site builds
• Adhere to service-level agreements for site maintenance requests
• Coordinate order production and communicate with suppliers using an e-commerce platform
• Provide administrative and project support for e-commerce projects
• Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with the role

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
• Highly proficient spoken and written English communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Superior project follow-through ensuring timely completion
• Familiarity with web-based applications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or order management role
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal
• Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial
• Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus, but not necessary
• Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms is a great advantage
• Knowledge of promotional industry-specific software, including Shopify, BigCommerce, Sage, ESP, CommonSku, and Syncore
