Product Designer

• Participate in discovery, user research, and usability testing
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma
• Design interfaces with usability, accessibility, and different usage states in mind
• Translate user needs and business rules into clear solutions
• Present design decisions and collaborate with the team to develop solutions
• Contribute to the evolution and adoption of Matcha, the company’s Design System
• Follow up on deliveries with Engineering and help ensure a high-quality user experience
• Explore AI tools to support research, ideation, documentation, and prototyping
• Participate in creating features that use Artificial Intelligence
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and other designers throughout the entire process—from understanding the problem to validating and delivering the solution

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or digital products
• Proficiency in Figma for creating flows, interfaces, and prototypes
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and solution validation
• Knowledge of Design Systems and component-based design
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Organized, self-motivated, and open to giving and receiving feedback
• Interest in learning and applying AI to product development
• Experience in startups, SaaS, or agile environments
• Experience working with B2B products or platforms serving different user profiles
• Familiarity with product metrics
• Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI-powered prototyping tools
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt creation, agents, or workflow automation
• Interest in understanding the context of churches, communities, and religious organizations
