Delivery Manager

• Lead the delivery management process, serving as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
• Monitor and analyze agile flow metrics, such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP.
• Manage dependencies across multidisciplinary teams and keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and progress.
• Plan production deployments, including risk analysis, contingency plans, rollback procedures, schedules, and change governance.
• Assess the technical feasibility, effort, impact, and financial estimates of new projects, products, and services.
• Support prioritization, planning, and decision-making processes, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and team productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in technology project, product, or operations management.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Experience with flow metrics and capacity management.
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and change management.
• Experience planning and coordinating deployments in production environments.
• Ability to conduct technical and financial feasibility analyses.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and business teams.
