AI Product Builder – Product Design, AI Development

• Conceptualize new features for the sales recruiting platform and continuously enhance existing areas
• Design intuitive, modern, and consistent user interfaces for companies and sales professionals
• Independently implement features and improvements using modern AI coding agents
• Guide features from the initial idea through conceptualization and implementation to a usable end result
• Analyze existing user flows and optimize the user experience
• Work on candidate search, AI matching, applicant management, company dashboards, and communication features
• Test and ensure the functionality, usability, and quality of the product
• Contribute your own ideas and help shape product decisions
• Coordinate regularly with the team, prioritize initiatives, and drive projects forward independently

• Strong instinct for high-quality digital products, intuitive user interfaces, and well-designed user experiences
• Experience in product design, UX/UI design, digital product management, or a comparable product-focused role
• Ability to independently turn broad ideas and requirements into features, user flows, and user interfaces
• Basic technical understanding of APIs, databases, and application logic
• Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to independently evaluate and iteratively improve technical and design outcomes
• High standards for functionality, design, and usability
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Open, reliable, and proactive communication
• Very good German language skills
• Traditional programming experience is an advantage but not a strict requirement
• Completed projects, designs, or your own AI-powered applications are particularly welcome
