Customer Service Representative – Cancellations and Reversals

• Support private customers of the online business, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Handle questions and requests relating to cancellations and transaction reversals
• Create an optimal customer journey
• Serve as an interface with Customer Service
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth process

• Enjoy interacting with customers
• Reliable and solution-oriented approach to work
• Experience in telephone-based customer support
• Automotive knowledge is not required
• Team player with a good level of self-motivation
• Very good German language skills
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and Excel
