IT Project Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and organize small and large-scale projects in e-commerce, online marketing, and web development
• Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for projects
• Provide functional leadership and direction to an interdisciplinary team spanning UX/UI design, web development, and system administration
• Provide comprehensive client support, actively develop existing client relationships, and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct lead qualification, pitches, and proposal strategy for existing and prospective client inquiries
• Advise and support clients on new ideas, technologies, and digitalization opportunities
• Facilitate communication between clients and colleagues through open and transparent collaboration
• Monitor project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage internal project controlling and reporting

• Several years of experience managing digital projects as a project manager, project lead, or account manager, preferably in an agency environment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience creating compelling presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and project management software
• Deep understanding of client needs and the ability to develop solutions that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience planning and maintaining a sales pipeline using a CRM system
• Structured, proficient use of Jira and Confluence in day-to-day project work
• Familiarity with AI tools and collaborative project management tools such as Miro
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, teamwork, leadership ability, and a self-motivated approach
