Product Manager, Tax & Fiscal Solutions

• Build a product vision based on business strategy and translate it for a multidisciplinary team of developers and designers
• Maintain a short-, medium-, and long-term backlog prioritized in alignment with company strategy
• Analyze information sources such as NPS, support requests, and customer contractual requirements
• Keep the squad informed and engaged with its objectives
• Analyze backlog requests and hypotheses and lead discovery initiatives
• Define success metrics and document results before delivery begins
• Oversee functional specifications in accordance with agile development standards
• Turn specifications into user stories and prioritize them based on value delivery
• Plan sprints, clarify questions, participate in ceremonies, and validate developed features
• Track deliveries and communicate released features to the relevant teams
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on launch materials
• Build and maintain the product documentation base
• Monitor product usage in production and evaluate results against success criteria
• Share the product vision with other departments and companies within the group
• Apply a digital mindset and explore how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration
• Extensive experience in product management
• Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies
• Experience in the real estate market, compliance, or tax reform
• Knowledge of product and business metrics
• Experience analyzing data to support decision-making
• Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts
