Principal Product Manager, Real Estate

• Drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across OLX's Real Estate business
• Lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months
• Lead initiatives from concept through market validation to scaled delivery, owning vision, strategy, and execution
• Build with AI through prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, AI-powered discovery, and experimentation
• Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit quickly
• Present and defend concepts to senior stakeholders, building alignment through evidence and conviction
• Navigate a matrixed organisation, identify opportunities, build coalitions, and drive progress
• Own business cases and connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact
• Raise the bar for product craft by setting standards, sharing methods and examples, and modelling high-quality product thinking
• Report to the Director of Product and contribute to strategic direction across the area

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of building and launching new products from zero to one
• AI-native approach; experience building with AI in personal and professional life
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to create new value
• Fast, execution-driven approach
• Strong product craft, including rigorous discovery, lean experimentation, strong narratives, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong executive presence and ability to defend concepts to senior directors and build alignment
• Business and financial acumen, including unit economics, P&L thinking, and ROI-informed decisions
• Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight
• Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets
• Willingness to travel approximately every two months
• Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus
